Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don't. It is possible to buy an item as a guest. However, register your account gives you many advantages. For example, you can sign in and check the status of your order at any time. Register on Pellein is easy and needs less than a minute.
What's the 100-year-warranty?
We feel confident about the quality of our leather and manufacturing. Thus, we have decided to offer you a 100-year-warranty. We will repair your product for free for the next hundred years in case of a manufacturing defect. For further information, see our Return Policy.
How can I choose the right size for me?
To choose the right size, you can look at our Men size chart or Woman size chart you can ask directly to our tailors for an expert's advice by filling our Men Size Form or Women Size Form. If you have any other doubt, feel free to contact us by Live Chat or phone.
How can I customize an order?
We are manufacturers. Thus, at Pellein, you can customize any of our items. Our top-selling customizations are Embroided name initials, color and type leather choice, tailor-made and oversize tailor-made leather jackets, and jackets' creation via picture. You can find information on customization on each product page. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
-We usually ship non customized accessories within 48 working hours.
-We usually ship non customized jackets and coats within 48-72working hours.
-Depending on the customization required, customized accessories may take till 5 working days to be shipped.
-Depending on the customization required, customized jackets and coats may take from 7 to 20 working days.
Each customization may require a different time and steps during production according to the customer's choices. Thus, to preserve the high quality of our products, customized items usually need more time to be processed. Still, we work hard to speed up our production times and deliver your order as soon as possible.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Sure! All Pellein products may be returned/exchanged for free within 14 days from their delivery, whether they were not used and/or damaged. For more information see our Return and Exchange Policy section.
Can I replace a customized item?
Embroidered/engraved customized products can be returned only for a shop credit to spend on our site, not for a money refund. With this credit, you can purchase a new item on Pellein. You can return standard, non-customized products for both credit and money refund at your choice.
We are unable to accept returns for Tailor-made, Oversize tailor-made, customized, or made-to-order products (art. 5 comma 3 lettera c del D.Lgs. 185 del 22/05/99).
Pellein still wants you to be happy with our products. Thus, if you have a small request or you want to modify your item, we are happy to help. Contact us to find out whether the change you want has additional costs or can be done for free.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • Paypal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay through it.
  • Credit or Debit Card: To make sure your purchasing is safe, we rely on Stripe, one of the world leaders for online payments. Stripe will manage your money transition through the highest standards of security.

  • Cash on delivery: You can pay directly to the courier to a maximum amount of 799,00€. Cash on delivery is provided with an additional payment of 5,00€. We suggest you prepare the right amount in advance since couriers do not usually carry change.

Is my order trackable?
Sure! After shipping, each order receives a tracking number that tells you where your package is and the expected delivery date.
Do you ship outside Italy?
We do. Abroad shipping, though, has a cost that varies according to the shipping country. For further information, see the Shipping Times and Costs page.
How does Pellein join couture fashion and sustainability?
Ours is a small company. We are artisans in love with their work. We can't afford mass production because each of our handmade products is the result of time and dedication. We do not agree with fast-fashion, and our leather goods are not disposable. Thus, we are committed to producing clothing and accessories you can bequeath to the next generations. We also promote the local supply chain. Our leather is entirely produced in Solofra (AV). Thus, we can avoid CO2 emissions for transport.
