Shipping Times and Costs

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by Pellein - brand of Confezione Principe di Grimaldi Santina, via della fortuna n.13, 83029, Solofra (AV), from Monday to Friday.
If you order during the weekend, we will process your order on the following Monday morning.

COUNTRIES WHERE WE SHIP

Pellein ships all around the world. Please note that any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be predicted.

STORE WITHDRAWAL

Free service: you can withdraw your product in person at our store in Solofra (AV) by showing the order and an ID with the same name as the one on the order.

SHIPPING TIMES

Pellein usually processes all orders within 24/72 working hours after receiving confirmation of payment, size, and delivery address.

REMOTE AREAS

A remote area is a postcode or, in the absence of a postcode, a suburb /town name that is difficult to serve. Thus shipping toward these areas may be delayed respecting our usual shipping times. Remote areas are usually mountains, islands, but also a central location that may be difficult to reach for the courier.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS SHIPPING

Customized products have longer shipping times, usually from 5 to 9 working days. Oversize tailor-made products and customized products out of our lists may take even longer, for we have to produce the patterns and designs that precede manufacturing. We will still work hand to deliver your product as soon as possible.

COURIERS WE WORK WITH IN ITALY AND WORLDWIDE

In Italy, we ship with Bartolini and GLS. You can track your order with both companies.

Around the world, we ship with DHL and UPS. You can track your order with both companies.

TRACKING

All shipping comes with delivery tracking.
To check the progresses of your delivery, you can use the link sent to your e-mail the morning after the shipping.

MISSING ADDRESSEE OR WRONG ADDRESS

If you're not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will t leave a note at your door with more information.
Next:

-GLS and BRT will try to reach you two more times. After the third try, the package will be sent back to the sender.
-UPS and DHL will deliver the package at the nearest UPS/DHL access point so that you can withdraw it anytime within 10 days. To know what's your access point, you can check the information on your tracking link. After 10 days at the access point, if you do not withdraw the package, it will be sent back to the sender.
In case of the wrong address, the package will be sent back to the sender, Confezione Principe di Grimaldi Santina.
When buying your product, it is important to write a valid telephone number. The courier may call you in case he/she needs help when delivering.

SALES PEAKS AND HOLIDAYS

Delivery may delay:
-during times of the year when there are sales peaks, like Christmas.
-Couriers do not ship during Saturday and Sunday and will not deliver on these dates:
