Chiara's style is simple but refined. It was created thanks to a few specific details. The turtle neck is wide and it folds creating an asymmetrical scarf alike effect, holden on the back by a button. This effect enriches the jacket and gives it some character. The side zipper ending into a hidden button under the turtle neck is covered by a hidden button placket with double seams and a curve cut on the waist. The double seams match the ones on the welt pockets. These details enrich the jacket, make our tailors' work stand out, and enhance the washed-effect premium full-grain leather. Our closure zip in brushed gunmetal-colored metal is made in Italy. The sliced 5 chain, thanks to its shape, gives greater tensile strength, ensuring high wear resistance. Thanks to our Made in Italy accessories, we can guarantee you a leather jacket that will stand the test of time.

A leather jacket great for the winter/fall season too

The jacket inside is padded with pressed Valtherm 180gr. Valtherm is a special wadding structured by million of hive cells forming an inside air chamber. Thanks to this technology, this fine material is breathable, light, and offers excellent thermal insulation. Producing our jackets with this wadding, we can provide you winter/fall thin, lightweight leather jackets that keep you warm.

Real washed vintage effect, vegetable-tanned lamb leather

To produce this jacket, we chose premium full-grain lamb vegetable-tanned, washed effect leather, exclusively produced for Pellein. Thanks to the rubbed finish, the washed effect process highlights leather natural characteristics, like wrinkles and veinings. This creates a unique piece of clothing with an original and rugged character, typical of vintage leather jackets. These traits on the leather surface are not to be considered defects. Indeed, they are distinguishing features of leather genuineness, which enhances leather beauty and excellence. They distinguish full-grain leather from low-quality leather and synthetic leather, covered with artificial products (polyurethane - plastic). Our leather is entirely processed in Solofra, one of the most refined lamb leather tannery poles. Thanks to its long and accurate traditional handmade process, Solofra stands out worldwide as the Italian pride for leather processing. Thus, we can fully guarantee premium quality leather jackets.
